Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 7-15 business days after processing
  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by location)

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs, or high demand periods.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

FAITHSCAPE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us for support.
